Have you ever tasted Tofu skin? Tofu skin is the one which forms on the surface of hot soybean milk. We call it "YUBA" in Japanese and "FUCHI" in Chinese. This traditional healthy food was brought to Japan by Buddhist monks who went to study in China in the 12th century or even before. We have been producing this traditional food using pure water from Kao Yai national forest park, soybeans which grow on fertile Thai soil and our latest tecnology.
